You can check in Cpanel MYSQL database.
If you have not created database please do so in Cpanel MYSQL wizard.
Database setting format
cpanelpanelusername_databasename
cpanelusername_databaseuser
password : the same password used when creating database.
Replace cpanelusername with our own Cpanel username
Remember to give privileges to user - database by selecting all privileges listed.
